A well-preserved edition of “Military Breech-Loading Rifles”, by V.D. Majendie and C.O. Browne. It is constructed of a heavy card stock binding and retains its original paper stock dust jacket. The exterior of the cover features an illustration of a rifle, topped by authors and title, while the reverse features a list of works of similar interest. The interior content consists of 129 paper pages featuring a detailed history of the Snider and Martini-Henry rifles, including performance and technical information. It was published in 1973 by Arms and Armour Press of London. The book measures 140 mm (w) x 220 mm (h). The dust jacket has been taped to the binding, and some material fatigue is evident, but the book is in an overall very fine condition.
