Fullsize: two-piece construction, in bronze gilt with ultramarine blue and white enamels, unmarked, illustrating the conjoined busts of Reza Shah and the Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, a mountain in the distance backed by a sunrise with emanating rays, framed by an open-ended wreath composed of two branches of laurel leaves, with the date from the Persian/Iranian calendar "1355" (March 21, 1976 - March 20, 1977) below, measuring 36.7 mm (w) x 50.5 mm (h), intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, original ribbon; and Miniature: in bronze gilt with ultramarine blue and white enamels, unmarked, measuring 18.5 mm (w) x 25.3 mm (h). Together, extremely fine.
