Medal for Military Valour: in bronze, reverse engraved "CAPITANO MARSELLI SERGIO" in the centre and surrounded by the engraved inscription "CASTELNUOVO . ALTOPIANO D'ASIAGO . 12 . 1915 . 9 . 1916", measuring 33.3 mm (w) x 38.2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension; Medal for Military Valour: in bronze, reverse engraved "20-21 Maggio 1917" in the centre and surrounded by the engraved inscription "Marselli Sergio Monte Vodice", measuring 33.5 mm (w) x 38.2 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension; War Cross for Military Valour: in bronze, measuring 38 mm (w) x 43.2 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, bronze "FERT" gladius affixed to the ribbon; and War Merit Cross: in bronze, measuring 38 mm (w) x 43.2 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension. Original ribbons, mounted to a suspension bar with dual clips, very light contact, near extremely fine. Accompanied by five award documents, four for the aforementioned awards, the two Medal for Military Valour documents dated October 20, 1917 and September 21, 1918, the two War Merit Cross documents dated June 27, 1918 and September 7, 1918, as a Captain in the 26th Army Corps, plus a commendation document as a Lieutenant in the 5th Artillery Regiment and dated March 23, 1913, all five documents with the text in Italian and printed in black ink, three bearing embossed stamps, two with official stamps in faded blue ink, all five with signatures in black ink, lightly soiled.
