What's a max bid?

(Ordine di San Ludovico del merito civile). Instituted in 1849. In silver gilt with red, white and blue enamels, marked with a capital "I" and a partial fleur-de-lis on the ring, measuring 44 mm (w) x 66.8 mm (h) inclusive of its crown and laterally-pierced ball suspension, chipping and crazing evident in the white enamels on the arms on both sides, the obverse and reverse centrepieces intact, on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, near very fine.
