1. Jordan, Hashemite Kingdom: Order of the Star of Jordan, Officer Miniature (Wisan al-Kawkab al-Urdani). Instituted in 1949. Four-piece construction, in silver gilt with green and black enamels, maker marked and hallmarked on the reverse of the arms at 5 and 7 o'clock, measuring 18 mm (w) x 20.7 mm (h), rosette on its original ribbon.
2. Yemen, People's Democratic Republic (South Yemen): Order of Bravery. In bronze with red, green and black enamels, measuring 43.2 mm (w) x 44 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided aluminum suspension with pinback.
Footnote: The Order of the Star of Jordan was instituted in July 1949 and awarded for military or civil merit, in five grades: Grand Cordon, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight, plus a medal.
