What's a max bid?

A two piece construction badge of bronze and multi-coloured enamels, the obverse bears “4W” on a shield bearing the Latvian flag , superimposed over two upwards facing crossed rifles and topped with the symbol of the armed forces of Latvia in red and white enamels and gilded bronze, on a background of an oak leaf wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom, the reverse is plain with a screwback, the screw plate reads “W. KUCEJAVES RIGA”, measuring 33.61 mm (w) x 44.07 mm (h), and weighing at 22.4 grams extremely fine.
