O'Toole, D.F.C., R.A.F. and Haji Abdul Mubin Sheppard, P.P.T., G.M.G., M.B.E., E.D., M.C.S., documenting the awards of the Federation of Malaya, Kedah, Perak, Selangor, Negri Sembilan, Pahang, Kelantan, Trengganu, Perlis, Johore, Penang, Malacca and Brunei, published in Malaysia, in hardcover, containing 162 pages, the text in black, photos in black and white, along with seven colour plates at the back of the book illustrating the ribbons, with a note on the page facing the inside front cover in handwritten black ink inscribed "presented to The Orders and Medals Society if America / November 1964" and signed by the author, Wing Commander Eamonn O'Toole, Royal Air Force, measuring 17.5 cm (w) x 24.7 cm (h), light wear on the linen-finished cover, the covers and pages pinched at the lower right, interior bright and clean, in overall very fine condition.

This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage of world Orders, Medals, and Decorations composed solely by Dr.Goodwin between 1946-1967. Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps. He acted as both President and Vice-President of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA) and is responsible for organizing their first convention in 1960. He maintained further membership with the American Society of Military Collectors, the International Orders Research Society, and the American Numismatic Society.
