What's a max bid?

A circular medal constructed of zinc, the obverse bears the image of a soldier holding a rifle, below is the inscription “CHAPVLTEPEC 1847 1947”, the reverse bears the inscription “... VN SOLDADO EN CADA HIJO TE DIO” (WITH EACH SON HE GAVE YOU A SOLDIER), measuring 43.45 mm (w) x 48.90 mm (h), with suspension ring on a solid red ribbon, fine.
