What's a max bid?

Iraq (Kingdom); Six-piece construction, silver with red, white, blue and green enamels, unmarked, 46.5 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) inclusive of its ball and wreath suspension, crown clasp on its original ribbon, fine chipping evident in the white enamels on the obverse centrepiece ring, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, order identification with the Royal crown above and the civil wreath below on the lid, maker marked "GARRARD & Co Ltd" with sticker residue on the inside lid, slightly soiled recessed and slotted medal bed, case better than very fine.
