What's a max bid?

Iraq (Republic): Multi-piece construction, silvered metal with green and black enamelled insignias, on a silvered metal with light blue enamelled shield, the shield mounted to a polished wooden shield base via a dual nut and bolt combination, hinged on the reverse and designed with a wooden easel, the reverse of the easel with a silvered metal and black enamelled plate attached via two pins, the plate inscribed in Arabic "Air Force", the eagle taped in place on the front, the hinge missing its pin and therefore, the easel has been widowed from the shield, very fine.
