Centrepiece insignia in Gold, mounted to an eight-pointed silver star base, each star point with seven emanating rays, the reverse hand-engraved with the number "6189" in Eastern Arabic numerals along with three Arabic inscriptions, measuring 78.8 mm (w) x 79 mm (h), dark patina on the silver star base, original ribbon suspended from a hanger with dual prong pinback, extremely fine.
Footnote: The Order of the Star was instituted in 1920 and discontinued in 1973. It is awarded in two classes: I Class and II Class, each with a Badge and Breast Star.
