What's a max bid?

A superb late 19th Century Breast Star, of Russian manufacture, in silver, silver gilt, center appliqué enameled, 82mm, rays and the center surround set with 235 white colored imitation/paste stones (reverse of each stone is thin golden foil, as was a custom at the time to give brightness to the stone); also set in between the rays with 28 green imitation/paste; pin on reverse marked  “BB” (Russian uncommon maker), as well with a French import mark (swan), and with another hallmark (probably Russian); reverse cartouche marked BB along with a Russian Imperial silver hallmark; in slightly worn condition, no missing stones, very rare star and very attractive.
