What's a max bid?

(Pahlavi Empire): Three-piece construction, centrepiece in red, green, blue and white enamels and incorporating a handpainted image, mounted to a silver four-pointed star base, unmarked, 59.5 mm x 59.5 mm, original ribbon with dual prong pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, Iranian crowned lion and sun coat-of-arms in gold-coloured ink on the lid, maker marked "ARTHUS BERTRAND PARIS" on the inside lid, raised and angled platform medal bed, light scuffing evident on the exterior, case also extremely fine.
