What's a max bid?

Iran (Pahlavi Empire); Hardshelled, wooden-framed, maroon exterior, Iranian coat-of-arms on the lid, maker marked "Arthus Bertrand & Cie 46, RUE DE RENNES PARIS" on the inside lid, recessed and slotted navy blue velvet medal bed, push release, measuring 113 mm x 226 mm x 40 mm, wear evident in the fabric overlying the hinged area and exposing the wooden-framing, highlight evident on the lid from a previous label affixing, well restored, near extremely fine.
