What's a max bid?

Iran, Pahlavi Dynasty. An Order of Lion and Sun, Military Division, I Class Star

(Neshaan-e shir o khorshid). Instituted in 1808. Type IV (1872-1939). In silver, an eight point star with clusters of five faceted rays, one smooth green enamelled ray between each cluster, the obverse medallion features a hand painted statant lion holding a Persian sword, with a crowned sun (a crown placed on the top of the symbol represent the monarchy) bearing a human face in the background, on a lovely yellow enamel disc with a green painted foreground encircled by three faceted rings, the reverse with a single vertical pin and dual stays, measures 84.0mm (w) x 88.5mm (h), weighs 70.1 grams, enamels intact, dark patina, statant lions are scarce, in extremely fine condition.
