In silver with green and white enamels, measuring 41.3 mm (w) x 41.5 mm (h), intact enamels, silvering wear evident on the obverse centrepiece and on the reverse, contact marks and scratches on the reverse, on incorrect ribbon, very fine.
Footnote: The Farhang (Cultural Achievement) Decoration was awarded in three classes and was reserved for educators, principals, vice principals, and staff of any educational institute whether governmental or private, provided the appropriate standards of excellence in service were met. It could only be awarded after supplication by the relevant offices of the Ministry of Higher Education. The III Class Decoration was awarded to: 1. principals, vice principals, and educators of Preschool and Primary Schools who has served in an exemplary manner for ten continuous years; 2. principals, vice principals, and teachers of High School who had served in a distinguished manner for at least seven years; and 3. professors of Tertiary Institutes who had served with distinction for five continuous years.
