What's a max bid?

Hardshelled with a green brushed felt exterior, Saudi Arabian insignia incorporating a palm tree above crossed swords embossed in silver ink on the lid, white satin-lined inside lid, raised platform with recessed beds for the breast star, ribbon bar and rosette, dual-hinged, dual latch closure, measuring 170 mm in width x 310 mm in length x 56.5 in height, wear evident in the green brushed felt overlying the one hinge, light soiling in the base below the platform, very fine.

Footnote: The King Abdulaziz Order of Merit was instituted on March 20, 1971 by King Faisal ibn Abdulaziz, founder of the modern Saudi state. It is awarded for meritorious service while in government office, for extraordinary deeds of bravery, and for other deeds of service to the state, in six grades.
