Instituted in 1953. In silver gilt with red, black and green enamels, measuring 77.2 mm (w) 77 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, light tarnishing on the pin, intact enamels, extremely fine.

Footnote: The Order of Military Honour was instituted on July 4, 1953 and is awarded for bravery and leadership on the battlefield. It is awarded in for grades: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Classes and is Syria's highest purely military decoration.
