What's a max bid?

A fine example of a third reich period NSJ (Nationale Jeugdstorm/National Youth Storm) standard issue Leader’s belt buckle; constructed of silvered zink; the obverse consisting of a circular plate with a swallow flying above water, circumscribed “Nationale Jeugdstorm”, all within a multi link chain border; the reverse complete with both keepers; visible are four prongs that fasten the plate to the buckle; measuring 47 mm in diameter; in overall very fine condition.
