What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

6th Fusiliers (Hochelaga Light Infantry) Fur Cap Grenade -  Other ranks in brass, 96mm, missing lugs, otherwise very fine. Footnote: The 6th Fusiliers were raised as the 6th Battalion Volunteer Militia Rifles with headquarters at Montreal January 31st 1862. Effective June 5th 1865 the designation altered to the 6th Battalion Volunteer Militia Rifles of Canada, or the (Hochelaga Light Infantry). In December 1875 the regiment was converted to a fusilier regiment under the designation 6th Battalion Hochelega Fusiliers but almost immediately in January 1876 renamed as the 6th Battalion Fusiliers. The regiment amalgamated with the 1st Battalion Prince of Wales Regiment May 24th 1898 as the Prince of Wales Regiment Fusiliers.
