Cap Badge (pickled brass, unmarked, 42.8 mm x 44.5 mm, intact lugs); and two Collar Tabs (gilt on browning copper, unmarked, 29 mm x 29.8 mm, one with intact lugs and gilt loss, the other with a horizontal pinback). Better than very fine.Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in Winnipeg, Manitoba under the authority of G.O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed June 29, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel D. McLean with a strength of 36 officers and 1,025 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 17th Reserve Battalion. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
