What's a max bid?

A WWI Canadian Royal Military College  Cadet's Fur Wedge Cap - The exterior of this cap is covered in a blend of gray and white Persian lamb's wool, the front adorned with a King's crown, the crown in gold-coloured and silver bullion wire, maroon felt in the void of the crown, touches of red, green and blue embroidery in its base, with a patch of bright red wool sewn behind it, the right side with a large red wool flap, held in place by a gold-coloured bullion wire ball toorie, interior lined in black cloth and padded, incorporating a fold down u-shaped flap, that when released, covers the wearer's ears and neck, the upper of the flap in Persian lamb's wool, its underside in black cloth, a white cloth patch sewn on the left side, inscribed in black ink "1110" above "28", 160 mm x 270 mm, extremely fine.(C:27)
