What's a max bid?

29th Waterloo Battalion of Infantry Helmet Plate - ilt metal Victorian helmet plate, Maz. HP-140, a starburst with a wreath of maple leaves, inside the wreath a belt bearing “WATERLOO INFANTRY”, and in the void centre the numerals “29”, all surmounted by a Victorian Crown. Plate is in Good condition except for replaced lug fasteners and two small nail holes, one in the crown and the other at the bottom ray of the starburst.
