FENIAN RAID 1866 (1436 PTE. W. PITCHER. 2/7 R. FUS:). Naming is engraved. Dark patina, extremely fine. Walter Pitcher is confirmed on the roll of this British unit of 2nd Battalion, 7th Regiment, consisting of 14 officers and 139 NCOs and men. At the time he claimed his medal, his address was 37 Gordon Road, Queens Road, Norwich.
