What's a max bid?

British War Medal (HARVEY WILLIAMS) and Mercantile Marine War Medal (HARVEY WILLIAMS). Naming is officially impressed. Un-mounted, extremely fine. Accompanied by a Mercantile Marine War Medal Issue Packet (kraft paper, 48 mm x 72 mm) and the original shipping box containing both medals (cardboard, maker stamped "ROBINSON & SONS, LTD., BOX MAKERS, CHESTERFIELD" on the bottom, inscribed in blue ink "BWM / MER. NAVY W M" on the lid and "WILLIAMS. HARVEY" in black ink on the side panel, 62 mm x 87 mm x 10.5 mm). Footnote: Harvey Williams was born on January 1, 1889 in Little Bay, Newfoundland and served with the Newfoundland Mercantile Marine during the First World War. (C:55)
