What's a max bid?

Un-mounted, contact marks, original ribbons, better than very fine. Accompanied by a Photograph of Four Men Standing in Front of Engine Number 2033 (in black and white, matte finish, measuring 53 mm (w) x 80 mm (h)); an International Brotherhood of Boiler Makers, Iron Ship Builders and Helpers of America Membership/Convention/In Memoriam Badge, Belleville Branch (white embroidered ribbon illustrating two crossed flags, the Union Jack of Britain and the Red Ensign of Canada, the flag poles with tassels, the flags framed by a maple leaf and a beaver, with a 45 mm in diameter metal button with a celluloid cover placed at the base of the ribbon bearing the Brotherhood of Boiler Makers and Iron Ship Builders insignia, backed by a red ribbon printed in gold-coloured ink "I.B. OF B.M., I.S.B. AND H. OF A. LOCAL 724.
