What's a max bid?

The plaque contains four matted areas: 
(i) a matted area at the lower left with the Korea Medal (SB-7789 G S NAULLS) in silver; the United Nations Service Medal for Korea (SB-7789 G S NAULLS) in bronze gilt; the United Nations Emergency Force Medal in bronze gilt; and the Canadian Forces' Decoration, ERII (SGT G.S. NAULLS) in gilded tombac brass. The naming on the KM and the UNSMK officially impressed, the naming on the CFD officially engraved. Each is individually presented with original ribbons. 
(ii) a matted area at the upper left with a Canadian Airborne Regiment Cap Badge with a two-piece construction in white metal in bronze gilt; a Parachutist Badge in red, white, yellow and black embroidery and padded; two Canadian Armed Forces Sergeant Rank Badges in bronze gilt with green enamels; a Royal Canadian Corps of Signals badge in silver with blue and white enamels, mounted to a silver oval base; and a "Canada" Shoulder Flash in dark green and yellow embroidery. 
(iii) a matted area between the two aforementioned areas inscribed "Sgt. G.S. NAULLS CD / CANADIAN ARMED FORCES / COMMUNICATION COMMAND" printed in black ink on white paper, with the Ribbon Bar of the above listed medals below. 
(iv) a large matted area at the far right housing a large Retirement Presentation Plaque: the plaque in die-stamped copper, exhibiting multiple rules, swirls and other designs, the top bearing a Royal Canadian Corps of Signals in silver with blue and white enamels above a United Nations Beret Cap Badge in bronze gilt with white enamels, the plaque itself inscribed "PRESENTED TO / SGT G.S. NAULLS CD / ON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE ...... / CANADIAN ARMED FORCES / on the 7th of AUG 1973 / in recognition and appreciation of faithful and meritorious service with / COMMUNICATION COMMAND", with the signature of Louis Abbot, "Colonel / COMMANDER", the plaque measuring 270 mm (w) x 370 mm (h). 
Each of the matted areas beveled accordingly, the matte in chocolate brown, with all items housed under glass in a cinnamon brown-finished wooden frame, the frame measuring 710 mm (w) x 560 mm (h).
