In silvered black metal, obverse illustrating three riflemen shooting to the right, one kneeing, one standing and one lying down, crossed cannons framed by three groups of three cannonballs each below the riflemen, mountains in the background, inscribed "CAMP" above and "VALCARTIER" below, reverse illustrating a downward-pointing maple leaf bearing the inscription "THE ALLIES / ENGLAND - FRANCE / RUSSIA - JAPAN / SERVIA / BELGIUM / GERMANY-AUSTRIAN WAR 1914", measuring 38.8 mm (w) x 43.7 mm (h), scattered silvering wear, contact marks, with replacement black leather strap with silvered metal buckle, very fine.
