Original ribbon, light contact and surface wear, better than very fine. Accompanied by a copy of his Attestation Paper. Footnote: Oliver Eliot Baillie was born on July 20, 1881 in Toronto, York, Ontario. He signed his Attestation Paper with the 1st Brigade, Canadian Field Artillery (40381) on September 22, 1914 at Valcartier Camp, Quebec, at the age of 31, naming his next-of-kin as his father, James E. Baillie of Toronto, stating that he had no previous military service, that he was not married and that his trade was that of Rancher.
