Un-mounted, dark patina on the BWM, extremely fine.Footnote: John Archibald Wishart was born on April 13, 1891 in Goven, Scotland. He signed his Attestation Paper with No. 2 Canadian Army Service Corps on January 9, 1917 in Toronto, Ontario, at the age of 25, naming his next-of-kin as his mother, Mary Wishart, stating that he had no previous military service, that he was Single and that his trade was that of Chauffeur. The Canadian Army Service Corps was charged with supplying the forces with transportation, food and workshops.
