Footnote: Private Peter Arnott is shown on the roll of the 37 man Peterborough Infantry Company (57th Peterborough Battalion) and is listed on page 231 of the "Canada General Service Medal Roll, 1866-70" by John Thyen, entitled to the Fenian Raid 1866 clasp. He is documented on the roll as having been posted to Kingston, Oshawa and Toronto from June to July 1866, with an "Attack Expected".
