What's a max bid?

Robertson is shown on the roll of the 38 man Perth Rifle Company and is listed on page 231 of the "Canada General Service Medal Roll, 1866-70" by John Thyen, entitled to the Fenian Raid 1866 clasp. He is documented as having been posted to Brockville and Prescott, Ontario from June 5 to August 1866, with an "attack expected".
