What's a max bid?

Elizabeth II, with bronze star clasp denoting twenty-five years' service (E.T. SALTER). Naming is engraved in large capitals. Dark patina, scattered tarnishing evident on the reverse, very light contact, original ribbon with pinback, maker marked "J.R. GAUNT MONTREAL" and marked "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the pinback, in its cardboard box of issue, labelled "THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE LONG SERVICE MEDAL / F.T. SALTER" on the lid, better than very fine.
