In browning copper, measuring 35.7 mm (w) x 38.5 mm (h), both lugs intact but bent back, contact marks, very fine.
Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Northern Waterloo County, Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Kitchener under the authority of G.O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed January 26, 1917 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel W.M.O. Lochead with a strength of 15 officers and 231 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 25th Reserve Battalion. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
