In browning copper, measuring 46.7 mm (w) x 49.7 mm (h), one lug intact, the other is a replacement and has been soldered in place, spotting evident on the obverse, better than very fine.
Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in London, Ontario under the authority of G.O. 36, March 15, 1915. The Battalion sailed April 18, 1915 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel E.S. Wigle, with a strength of 36 officers and 1,081 other ranks. The Battalion served in France and Belgium with the 4th Infantry Brigade, 2nd Canadian Division. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
