What's a max bid?

QEII No. 1 Dress for Air Marshals and Air Chief Marshals Shoulder Board, gold-coloured and silver bullion interlaced with gold-coloured sequins, the crown with red felt and touches of red, blue and green embroidery in its base, touches of red embroidery in the lion's tongue, touches of black embroidery on the crown and defining the eagle's eye and lion's face, grayish-blue cloth covering on a stiff convex base, gilt RCAF insignia button with a brass core held in place at the neck end via a screwpost and brass disk, the button marked MADE IN ENGLAND on the reverse, the board with three hooks on the reverse for uniform attachment, steel blue nylon backer, 53 mm (w) x 146 mm (l), and in extremely fine condition.
