What's a max bid?

In bronze and lacquered, the obverse presents a male and female figure standing on each side of a podium with a beaver on top, with stairs below, encircled by a ring inscribed CANADIAN OFFICERS TRAINING CORPS, with a banner at the base inscribed OSGOODE HALL, the ring presents a crown at the top, the reverse presents a hollow back with two thick, pointed, malleable prongs, measures 39mm (w) x 53.5mm (h), weighs 13.9 grams, unmarked, in mint condition, a very rare badge.
