What's a max bid?

Three-piece construction, silvered bronze image of St. Andrew holding the cross, centering the remaining silvered and gilt bronze insignia, all of which is mounted to a white metal base, measuring 61.5 mm (w) x 79.5 mm (h), both lugs intact, silvering wear evident on St. Andrew's nose, hands and feet, along with one edge on the cross, near extremely fine.
