What's a max bid?

This is an extremely well-preserved edition of “Serial Numbers of the C.E.F.”, compiled and edited by Edward H. Wigney. IT is constructed of a card stock binding, with the obverse of the cover bearing a black-and-white photograph overlaid by author and title. The interior content consists of 29 white paper pages, including an index. It features information on regimental serial numbers, militia districts, and mobilization for the Canadian Expeditionary Force. It was published in 1996 by Edward H. Wigney in Nepean, Ontario. The book measures 152 mm (w) x 216 mm (h) and is in an extremely fine condition.
