A very well-preserved comb bound edition of “The North West Mounted Police and the North West Rebellion”, by Donald Klancher. The book is bound by a heavy black plastic comb and features transparent cellophane obverse and reverse covers. The interior content consists of 108 white paper pages detailing the history of the NWMP’s role in the North West Rebellion, as well as a list of participants and their ranks. It was published in 1997 by Mounted Police Research and Consulting of Kamloops, British Columbia. Notably, the book is marked as number 97 of a limited printing of 300 copies, and features Klancher’s handwritten signature. The book measures 224 mm (w) x 286 mm (h). Water damage is visible to the lower spine of all interior pages, but the book is in an overall very fine condition.
