What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

LIMITED, TORONTO, ONTARIO" on the reverse); and two Royal Canadian Air Force Air Defence Command Ground Observer Corps Un-Used Membership Cards (one in English in red and blue inks, the other in French in red, blue and blacks inks, 64 mm x 100 mm each). Extremely fine.
