What's a max bid?

A QEII RCAF No. 1 Dress for Officers of Air Rank Shoulder Board Pair - Gold-coloured and silver bullion interlaced with gold-coloured sequins, the crown with red felt and touches of red, blue and green embroidery in its base, touches of black embroidery defining the eagle's wings, grayish-blue cloth covering on a stiff convex base, gilt RCAF insignia buttons held in place at the neck end via screwposts and brass disks, each board with hooks on the reverse for uniform attachment, black nylon backers, 58 mm x 137 mm each. Extremely fine.
