What's a max bid?

Patch in a multi-piece felt construction, featuring the image of a fighter jet in white, gray and black felt, with red, white and blue embroidery forming the RCAF roundel, black threading creating detail in the jet, backed by a steel blue felt circle which itself rest upon a larger white felt circle, the latter inscribed in black threading "E-TECH-A" above and "Fighter" below, flanked by large red felt wings on either side that are detailed in yellow threading, the entire insignia resting upon a black felt base, inscribed "RCAF" above the white felt circle along with an outline extending around the entire insignia in yellow threading, white felt reverse, 130 mm x 340 mm, scattered mothing evident in the black felt just below the insignia, light soiling present on the reverse, near extremely fine.
