What's a max bid?

In copper, cornucopia hallmarked and marked "CUIVRE" (copper) on the edge, obverse illustrating the bust of P.S. Murphy, the Commissioner of Catholic Schools in Montreal, inscribed "P.S. MURPHY DONAVIT" above and "MONTREAL" below, with small clovers on either side between the two inscriptions, all within a beaded border, reverse illustrating a seated woman with a cross and book at the base of her chair, the woman placing a wreath upon the head of a kneeling girl whose hand rests upon a globe, inscribed "DIGNISSIMO" at the upper left and "PRAEMIVM CONSTITVTVM / A.D. 1874" below, the date flanked by small flowers on either side, measuring 50.5 mm in diameter, bruised, very light contact, near extremely fine.
