What's a max bid?

Accompanied by a CVSM Ribbon Bar with Silver Maple Leaf Clasp (13.5 mm x 33 mm), a bronze RCAF Cap Badge (39.5 mm x 45.4 mm), an embroidered Sergeant Shoulder Chevron Stripes (50 mm x 132 mm), an embroidered RCAF Air Gunner Wings Badge (46 mm x 95 mm), a sterling silver RCAF Air Gunner Sweetheart Pin (hallmarked and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, 20 mm x 56 mm, pinback), a sterling silver RCAF Operations Wings Badge (maker marked "BIRKS" and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, 10 mm x 39 mm, missing one of two screwbacks), a black and white Photograph of Williams in uniform (94 mm x 125 mm) and a Scrapbook (wooden cover, containing various embroidered RCAF insignia and publications, black and white photographs, CN telegrams, best wishes cards, newspaper and magazine articles, cover has separated from the book).
