What's a max bid?

WWI 167th Infantry Battalion Cap Badge CEF - Browning copper, voided, dated "1916" and maker marked "CARON FRERES MONTREAL" on the reverse, 36.3 mm x 44.2 mm, intact lugs and pin, extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Quebec with mobilization headquarters at Quebec City under the authority of G.O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion was formed under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel O. Readman and re-designated the Quebec Recruiting Depot. It was disbanded September 15, 1920; WWI 189th Infantry Battalion Cap Badge CEF - Browning copper, voided, maker marked "CARON FRERES MONTREAL 1916" on the reverse, 44.5 mm x 48.8 mm, intact lugs and pin, extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Eastern Quebec with mobilization headquarters at Fraserville under the authority of G.O. 69, July 15, 1916. The Battalion sailed September 27, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel P.A. Pluze with a strength of 26 officers and 595 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 69th Infantry Battalion It was disbanded September 15, 1920.
