What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Cap Badge: sterling silver, maker marked "BIRKS" and marked "STERLING" on their reverse, 46.3 mm x 60 mm, vertical pinback; Collar Tabs: sterling silver, one is maker marked "BIRKS" and marked "STERLING" reverse, the other is date marked "1916" on the reverse, 30.5 mm x 39.8 mm and 30.8 mm x 40.5 mm respectively, vertical pinbacks.
