What's a max bid?

Orden de la Cruz Roja. Instituted in 1909. Insignia in silver gilt with red, beige, orange, brown, two shades of green and three shades of blue enamels, along with four silver stars, mounted to an eight-pointed silver gilt star base, the wreath suspension in silver gilt with green enamels, maker marked "VILARDEBO & RIERA HABANA" and marked "FABRICADO EN CUBA" (Manufactured in Cuba), measuring 58 mm (w) x 79 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, greening evident on three star points, scattered gilt wear, intact enamels, on its original full-length neck ribbon but missing its ties, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its rosette, measuring 10.2 mm in diameter, maker marked "VILARDEBO & RIERA HABANA" on the screwback.
