What's a max bid?

1. Civil Defence Militia, Central Committee for the Defence of the Federal District Medal 1942-1943 (two-piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, green, orange, light blue and dark blue enamels, measuring 36.8 mm in diameter, original ribbon);

2. First Mexican Congress of Social Sciences Medal 1941 (two-piece construction, insignia in bronze gilt with blue enamels, mounted to a oval base in bronze gilt with white enamels, maker marked " "FANDALF" TACUBA 51.MEX" on the reverse, measuring 29.5 mm (w) x 39 mm (h), original ribbon suspended from hanger with pinback).
