(La Cruz de la Constancia Militar). Instituted in 1841.
Includes:
1. II Class for 30 Years' Continuous Service to Officers and Chiefs (in silver gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 39.5 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), missing its oval hanger, traces of gilt remains, repair evident in both the white and green enamels on both sides, small chip and discolouration in the white enamels on the reverse centrepiece);
2. III Class for 25 Years' Continuous Service to Officers (in silver with red, white and green enamels, measuring 34.7 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) inclusive of its oval hanger with bar suspension, the hanger bearing the inscription "CONSTANCIA", the figure of the standing woman and the column to her left in the obverse centrepiece is missing, crazing and chipping evident in the green enamels on both sides, crazing in the red enamels on the obverse centrepiece, chipping in the white enamels on both centrepieces, silvering loss present around the beading on the left end of the oval hanger).

Footnote: The Cross for Military Loyalty was instituted on June 25, 1841, for the purpose of promoting loyalty to the central government among the officer corps. It was abolished in 1901 and reinstated on December 11, 1911. It was awarded in three classes: I Class for 35 Years' Continuous Service to Generals, Chiefs and Officers; II Class for 30 Years' Continuous Service to Officers and Chiefs; and III Class for 25 Years' Continuous Service to Officers and Enlisted Men, the Enlisted Men's version without red enamels in the obverse centrepiece.
